This was my second time playing at De School, and for sure one of my favorites! Vân Anh played an amazing opening set and Blawan (one of my heroes) took over with a sick but super fast and experimental live set. I was closing from 04:00-08:30, but my music was going to be a huge vibe switch after Blawan, with at least 30 BPM difference. I was quite nervous about this, but luckily the crowd was open minded and patient, and they gave it a chance! It was an unforgettable night. Some friends even told me they cried a little bit on the dance floor because they were so proud and they loved it so much. That’s the sweetest thing ever. Thinking about that gig still makes me so happy.
