My one and only time playing De School happened mid-November of 2023. It was so special, not only due to the crowd that hung with me until sun up in that lovely basement, but because I played after one of my all time favorite artists—a massive inspiration over the years and a wonderful human, Midland. I'll cherish that night forever.
